POLES APART – James Delingpole live and kicking

James Delingpole and guests deliver a heated live podcast with a broadside designed to melt the snowflakes and inflame the senseless. With Ruth Dudley Edwards, Ian O’Doherty and Hermann Kelly.

For those of you who did not have the pleasure of being insulted by James Delingpole at our 2017 Festival of Politics, he is back by unpopular demand. James Delingpole is an outspoken columnist for the Sunday Telegraph and The Spectator, and of course host of the ‘Delingpole podcast’. He has (somewhat infamously) described himself “as a member of probably the most discriminated-against subsection in the whole of British society – the white, middle-aged, public-school-and-Oxbridge educated middle-class male”. Joining James for his salon of political incorrectness are some more white middle aged men, including Ian O’ Doherty, a self-proclaimed atheist and libertarian. Ian is a columnist with the Irish Independent and the Irish Daily Star. He is a regular guest on RTE and Newstalk. Rounding out the team in the man cave is one Hermann Kelly. From Derry’s Bogside and raised in Donegal, he is a former journalist and is now a committed national democrat and Eurosceptic. He has been Director of Communications for the Europe of Freedom and Direct Democracy Group in the European Parliament for 9 years. Ruth Dudley Edwards, historian, biographer and crime novelist, will be expected to bring her considerable learning to bear.
